HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN EXAMPLE: Women Veteran Benefits Experience
Phase 2: Design Concepts - Building upon insights and key findings from Discovery research in Phase 1, I facilitated a brainstorming workshop with stakeholders to identify options for a "suite of tools" to address some of the main pain points for Women Veterans. During a four-week sprint, the stakeholder group met three times to discuss, refine, and pare down our choices until we were left with the final concepts to present for further implementation.
